EMMMN welcomes our Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership representative

MNVPs help shape maternity services by gathering feedback from service users such as mothers and their families, and sharing this with professional staff. In this way we hope to drive forward service improvements and make our services more culturally acceptable to our population.

We are delighted that Natalie Whyte has agreed to join the board of the EMMMN as the Midlands MNVP. She is passionate about midwifery and all aspects of the maternity services and also sits on the Nursing and Midwifery Council midwifery panel.

Hello my name is Natalie Whyte and I am the Service User Voice Representative for the Midlands. Here within the East Midlands Maternal Medicine Network, we highly regard the voices of our service users.

I will be working within the East Midlands Maternal Medicine Network to ensure equity and equality as it corresponds to patient engagement.

I will champion and amplify all voices of our women and birthing people; whilst facilitating various avenues of service user voice engagement throughout the East Midlands.
